Because Salvana products are food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery due to food safety and hygiene considerations.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, opened, incorrect, or otherwise compromised, contact us at salvana@allgreatproduct.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging.
After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Products should not be returned to us unless specifically requested by our customer service team.
We generally cannot provide refunds for correctly delivered products based solely on personal preference, taste, or a change of mind.
